im so guilty

its been a long time since my parents had to many unresolved conflicts. Their final decision was to devorce. My mom and i moved away for 2 months. After so many changes had happened to my recent life, i became lonely, ashamed and didnt want to open my heart, even with my best friend Gigi, we have been together for 7 years. I am gradually getting used to my new life, my feelings are also much better now. I realized that Gigi should have been the first to know about this. She’s probably very disappointed in me right now. I wish I hadn't suddenly disappeared without saying a word to her like that. What should I do?
