The picture above strongly reminds me - and probably all of us - of the bullying problems in some schools. This is a severe crisis in the educational system of most nations. The reason it is so hard to stop bullying is because every time we stop a bully, another will come to take the old bully’s place. Why? Well, even bullies have their own propaganda systems, do they? They persuade the others to take their route and come to their side. However, the way that most students get dragged into doing these terrible acts is by witnessing the bullies doing their thing. If you watch someone do something for too long, you can learn and mimick them. But even that doesn’t give the full answer to why it is so hard to stop bullying. Bullies don’t only bully the other students into doing what they want - they also bullied the students NOT to tell on them for bullying. Some students are brave enough to stand up to the pesky bullies, but that fraction is very rare. Even if you did manage to stop them, they’ll just crop up some time in the future. So I think it is very important that schools take drastic measures to keep bullying at bay, though never quite eradicated.
