Question 1: This app allows you to review your lessons by playing games Question 2: We were cleaning up the beach when it started to rain Question 3: Ecotourism provides tourists with opportunities to explore nature

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Trung Anh and I think the project "Technology in Schools" will help students. Many students do not have computers or laptops. They cannot study very easily at school. I think we should use the money from the city budget to buy more computers and laptops for schools. Students can use the laptops to plan projects. They can surf the Internet to search for information for their lessons.

We can also buy tablets for students, so they can study at home and do their homework.

Finally, the students can use the computers and laptops to communicate with other students around the world.

I hope you will consider my suggestions.

Yours faithfully,

Trung Anh

Florence Nightingale is most famous for being the founder of modern nursing.

She was born in 1820 in Florence, Italy. She grew up in England with her parents and older sister. In 1844, she studied nursing in Germany and later went to London to work in a hospital. In 1854, Florence went to the military hospital in Scutari, Turkey, with 38 other women. They cleaned the hospital and improved conditions for the wounded soldiers. The death rate dropped from sixty percent to two percent within six months. In 1855, Queen Victoria gave Florence an award and a piece of jewelry. Florence wrote Notes on Nursing in 1859 and in 1860, she opened St. Thomas' Hospital where she started the Nightingale Training School for Nurses. In 1908, she was given the merit of honor by King Edward VII. She died two years later in London. Florence Nightingale will be remembered for being the founder of modern nursing.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have recently bought a Samsung digital camera from your showroom. I was excited to bring it home but disappointed to find that it did not work as expected. To add more misery, even after I returned it to your store to claim the warranty, I am yet to hear an update. I am hoping to get my camera replaced by a new one.

I have bought a Samsung NX410 40MP camera from 125 Oxford St, Soho showroom on 10th December. Unfortunately, it malfunctioned just after I took it home. I cannot take pictures and it turns off automatically. The very next day, I visited your showroom and talked to Cynthia, one of your representatives, who assured me that the camera would be replaced within 24 hours. When I called her again, she told me that it would take a few more days and would be repaired instead of being replaced. When I demanded the reason, she failed to answer.

It has been almost a week since I purchased the camera from your store. The faulty product should be your responsibility, not mine. One of my relatives has advised me to talk to the Consumer Rights Authority and file a complaint against your company but I will wait till 24th (the day before Christmas). I am attaching the receipt of the purchase.

I still believe in your brand reputation. I would like you to take immediate action against the misconduct I experienced.

Yours faithfully,

Tran Nhu Thien
