It helps them be more confidence, responsible and independent in life. Teacher and school teach student basic knowledge, one must attend the outside world and learn from real experience. Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on.
