Of all seasons, summer is my favorite because I can relax by going on a vacation. Like many people, I enjoy going on vacation during summer. This year, I went to Da Lat city with my family. It took us about 6 hours to go there by train. We visited many well-known tourist attractions in Da Lat, such as the Valley of Love, Truc Lam Zen Monastery, and some waterfalls. Additionally, we went to the local market to try many tasty dishes and buy some souvenirs. After 4 days, we went to our hometown. To sum up, the trip to Da Lat city was very memorable. Hopefully, I can go back there again in the future. Finally, I think this vacation is necessary because it helps us relax and rest after a hard-working year.
Hi. My name’s Phuong Linh, and I’m 16 years old. I’m from Nam Dinh, but I live in Ha Noi now. I live with my parents and little sister in a small house in Thanh Xuan District. I’m a student, and I want to study hard to go to university. At school, my favourite subjects are Maths and English. My hobby is reading books. My dream is to own a book shop, where I can review the best books for my customers. Next year, I will find a part-time job related to books, or I will join a summer camp. I will gain experience from those activities, and maybe I can earn some money. I look forward to the summer.

Everyone has different tastes and I also have a hobby. My hobby is collecting souvenirs. I really love it because I can save unique things in my collection called “Memory box”. I just spent about 1.000.000 VND for souvenirs I bought from my trip. I spend 10 hours a week on this hobby. The best thing about collecting souvenirs is it really inspires my creativity. People who like to save lovely things would enjoy it.

It was great to hear your news! You’re so lucky to win that amount of money. I think you should use it wisely. If I were you, I would divide the money into four parts. I would give my parents the first part, so they can buy something they want. The second part would be sent to the charity. I could use the third part to buy some books or clothes. However, you must remember that you are a student and you will need money for lots of things in the future. Therefore, I would save the last part for rainy days.
However, the decision is up to you. I think you will know how to spend it wisely.

Tôi vừa trở về sau kỳ nghỉ 1 tuần với bạn bè ở Đà Nẵng và Quảng Ngãi. Chúng tôi ở Đà Nẵng hầu hết thời gian. I had a wonderful summer vacation at Vung Tau with my family last year. It took us about 2 hours to go there by car. However, we did not feel tired because we were very excited. Vung Tau beach was very large and beautiful. The waves were quite strong. My sister and I went swimming while my parents stayed on the shore to sunbathe. In the afternoon, my family went for a walk to see the sunset. We also took a lot of photos. After that, we went to a famous local restaurant to have dinner. The food was very tasty but not so expensive. On the next day, my family visited the seafood market to buy some seafood. I also bought some souvenirs for my friends. We returned home after spending 2 days in Vung Tau. Although the trip was short, I felt very happy. Hopefully, we can go back there again in the future.
