Yesterday my family moved to a new mansion near the beach which has many rooms. My favourite one is my bedroom.
It’s on the second floor, opposite to a bathroom so it’s quite convenient to go to the restroom whenever I want. It doesn’t have many furniture: a small desk at the corner of the room, a wardrobe where I put my clothes and some of my teddy bears and a warm bed. Although it looks plain at first, but then I decorated it with some hand – made flowers so it looks amazing now.

1. Write about a natural disaster you have read about.
The most destructive disaster that I have experienced was the flood in 2012, in Thanh Hoa province. It had been raining heavily for many days. All homes, trees and animals were flooded. The water got to the roof of houses. Damage was caused to property and people. Many people were injured and died. Rescue workers helped people trapped in the flooded houses and they brought people who were left homeless to safe place. My house was flooded but we had been evacuated before. Although the time has gone by, I still can’t forget that terrible disaster.

This is the schedule for our group’s 2-day visit to Washington DC. On the first day, we plan to expore the city on a hop-on-hop-off trolley at 9 am. Then at 1: 00 we are visiting the White house , where the President of the USA lives. On the second day, we are taking the shuttle bus to visit the National Children’s museum at 8:00. Then at 14-00 we plan to cycle on bike trails in Nationa park.

In our daily activities we often get in touch with the others and from these relations we meet some people whose interests, characteristics and behaviors are similar to ours and we choose them as our friends.
To me, one of my best friends is Nam. Nam is only over eighteen but he is well developed; so he is thought to be twenty or more. He has black hair, a broad forehead, a straight nose and bright eyes. He is very good-looking. He has a kind heart and is easy to get on with everybody. We have been friends for a very long time. The deeper our mutual understanding becomes the more we feel closely attached to each other. “Birds of a feather flock together”, Nam and I are keen on learning. We are the best pupils in our class. Nam is always at the top. He is good at every subject, but he never shows pride in his abilities and always tries to learn harder.
Nam’s family is not rich enough. His parents are retired workers. Realizing the hardships of his parents, although he is absorbed in his study, he often spends most of his spare time doing useful things to help his parents in their old age. He gets up early in the morning to have enough time to deliver newspapers to subscribers before going to school.After school in the afternoon, he repairs bicycles and motorbikes. Therefore the money he gets from his manual job is sufficient for his school fees and for his parents’ presents. I like Nam very much because of his honesty and straight forwardness. He is always ready to help his weak friends in their study; as a result, lots of friends, thanks to his whole-hearted help, have become good ones.
In my relation with Nam, I have got precious experience: thirst for learning, patience to overcome difficulties, helpfulness and filial piety.

My school is in a peaceful countryside. In front of the school gate is a small clear river. Next to them are rows of trees (eagle, phoenix trees,etc.). My school is Van Lang Secondary School. It has about 25 teachers and 361 students. The teachers and student very kind. The lectures of teachers are very good and helpful and the students are dolice, hard - working and obedient. My school has all 9 classes, a board room, an executive room, a traditional room - often the venue for weekend activities, the computer room, chemistry room ang physics room. They are arranged in a U shape. In front of each row of class has a beautiful and colourful flower tub. Every day, we water it and and take good care of it. Van and I are couple. Van is hard - working, kind, and studies quite well. At school, I like most camping activities. All members of the school are greedy. Among all films I have ever seen, I like the movie called Kingsman – The Secret Service. It is a great and wonderful movie. In this film, You can see the wild spy action adventure director Matthew Vaughn has made up, based on the same name comic of Mark Millar. And it sounds like Vaughn already has some big ideas for the sequel. Based upon the Mark Millar’s comic book, Kingsman: The Secret Service will tell the story of a special super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street boy into the ultra-competitive training program of the agency just like a global threat emerges from the special twisted tech genius. If you do not want to loose the best time with the interesting action, you have to turn on your TV and watch Kingsman: The Secret Serivce now.

Today I’d like to talk to you about Harry Porter which is one of my favourite films. It was a fiction film telling a story about people in the wizarding world. The central character was Harry Porter, who used to be an orphan in the normal world before discovering that he was a wizard. Afterwards, he went to a special school called Howard where taught him necessary skills to succeed in wizarding world. He also had to deal with challenges in terms of study, friendship, love and even the fight against dark power.
I saw the first episode of this film when I was at high school, at about grade 11. As the film had 7 parts, and the last part was introduced just 2 years ago, I was always looking forward to catching the lastest episodes of it.
Why I decided to see the film might be because at that time, Harry Porter was recommended as a masterpiece, making me feel curious about it. Moreover, I had read the original novel before, and I really can’t put it down, reading it from cover to cover. So I guess the film would be as attractive as the book.
I think the most important reason why I enjoyed this film was that it made me feel adventurous. It was really a fantastic film.
