      Two years ago a group of young gymnasts (36)_________ the small town of Ashford in Surrey travelled to London to take part in a competition that world change their lives forever. The competition was (37)_________Britam’s Got Talent, a show which encourages people from all over Britain to come and perform in front f a live audience if they think they have a talent people would like to see.

      The show attracts thousands of entrants each year. (38)_________of the few good performers get awarded with a place in the quarter finals, (39)_________are shown on live television.

      To compete in the final, Spelbound, as this group of young gymnasts is known, had to get through the qualifying round and two live knockout rounds in front of a TV audience of several million people. Even though they were just teenagers, Spelbound gave the performance of their lives and made it through.

      Most people thought a single would win the final of Britam’s Got talent but the public voted (40)_________Spelbound in their hundreds of thousands, and, much to the disbelief of its members, the group won. And so started an amazing journey for these young teens who got top perform in front of the royal family at the Royal Show and on a live tour of Brain with some of their fellow contestants.

Not so many years ago, the word vitamin was known only to a few scientists. Today it is very widely used, and the importance of vitamins in our foods is common knowledge.

Vitamins are life - giving substances found in foods and are needed for the proper growth and general health of the body. The different kinds of vitamins are indicated by letters of the alphabet. At the present time, vitamins A, Bl, B2, c, D, E and G are known. A proper diet should contain a collection of foods in which all of these vitamins are present.
