x ( 20 + 16 x 5 ) = 100
x ( 20 + 80 ) = 100
x * 100 =100
x=100 : 100
x= 1
c) ( 3x +1)^2 = 6^2+8^2
(3x +1)^2 = 36 +64
(3x +1)^2 =100
(3x +1)^2 = 10^2
3x + 1 =10
3x=10 - 1=9
