x2 - xy + 3x - y = 5

\(pt\Leftrightarrow\int^{\left(x+2\right)y+3x+6=0}_{\left|y\right|+\left|x\right|=5}\Rightarrow\int^{\left(x+2\right)y+3x-0+6=0}_{\left|y\right|+\left|x\right|-5=0}\)
=>(y+3)(x+2)=0(vì x,y nguyên âm )
TH1:y+3=0
=>y=-3
TH2:x+2=0
=>x=-2
vậy (x ; y) nguyên âm thỏa mãn là {-2;-3}
