     Our lives have a lot of pressure and stress, so we have to have a healthy wave style and know how to release stress. First of all, we must work and rest at the right time and at the right time. Nowadays, the health is important because if we have a good health, we can make any things in our life. However, it isn't really easy to have a good health. For me, I have some ideas to keep a good health.

Firstly, if we usually do exercise, we will be strongly. Doing exercise is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.

Secondly, we eat many vegetables which help us to live in lifelong. Green vegetable contain many types of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B so on. Besides, it also supports a lot of fibers which reduces cholesterol in blood.

In conclusion, there are many of methods to keep a good health. For me, doing exercise and eating a lot of vegetables are the most important because they bring many benefits for health. I think we have to make it everyday to have a good health.

Making orange juice is an easy task. However, one needs to be careful in extracting fresh and delicious juice from the oranges. First of all quality, fresh, and luscious oranges are taken. Next, they are peeled carefully. The juice squeezer is thoroughly washed. After this the peeled oranges are sliced into halves. Each half is put into the squeezer and turned on. The juice extract is collected in the jug below the muzzle of the squeezer. After extracting juice from all the oranges, the juice is sieved into another jug. Here rock salt is added according to taste. Ice cubes can also be added according to liking. Finally the juice is poured into the glasses and served.

If you want to make a glass of lemonade , you must have many ingredients to Make a Glass of Lemonade: lemon , water and sugar . First step :cut the lemon in half and squeeze over a bowl. If you have a lemon squeezer tool, this typically works best to get all the juice out but using your hands is just fine. Second , Remove any seeds that may have landed in the bowl during squeezing. Then , Heat 1/2 cup of water in the microwave (or if your faucet gets super hot, this works too). Once hot, stir in sugar until dissolved. (If you were to just stir the sugar in cold water, it would be grainy.) . Next, you can add cold water and lemon juice, stir, top with ice, and you’ve got yourself a freshly squeezed glass of lemonade! ( If you ) . That at all you must do that steps to make a tasty glass of lemonade.

Why is music important to dairy life? Whether listening or playing music or watching a concert, music is important. Music can cheer us up, pump us up, help us to have a good time, or simply help us think… Whatever you listen to, do a little bit dairy. I’m speaking as a musician. Things in life inspire me to create music. The inspiration comes at most random moments. I make sure to carry a notebook around or some sort of thing to write on. So whatever you do, get involed in music. It can be, no, it will be a life changing experience.

I believe music effects people in many different ways. To me music is more than just something to listen to or play, it’s something to feel. Music is extremely important in my life. I think it brings me closer to my friends and family. I also feel that it helps me to get through things. For example, I remember doing the twenty six kilometre gaisce hike and the whole way along the hike we sang songs. Music is an immensely powerful thing and has a huge place in my life right next to my heart.

For me, the Arts are about celebrating and remembering the diversity of human expression, and in addition to this, the universality of human expression. It is amazing how the arts can unite people across the globe, no matter where they are from, because they transcend cultural differences and capture something of what it means to be uniquely human. This is definitely one major reason for the preservation of the Arts.

To live and work well we must have good health, so I get some routine to keep my health. Every morning, I get up early that to go for a walk about 20 minutes. I don't ever forget to have breakfast, because it's very important to provide my energy working all day. I don't drink any alcohol as beer, coffee, ect... According to me, one of the best ways to stay health, we should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables with meals, and drink a lot of water.
I usually sleep 7 hours and don't stay up late. Besides, to reduce the problem of stress and get my energy back, I often come back to my country to relax and breath fresh air. It's not so far, only 30km. I really feel comfortable there.
