$x+3+\sqrt{x^2-6x+9}=x+3+\sqrt{(x-3)^2}=x+3+|x-3|$

$=x+3+(3-x)=6$

2.

$\sqrt{x^2+4x+4}-\sqrt{x^2}=\sqrt{(x+2)^2}-\sqrt{x^2}$

$=|x+2|-|x|=x+2-(-x)=2x+2$

$\sqrt{x^2+2\sqrt{x^2-1}}-\sqrt{x^2-2\sqrt{x^2-1}}$

$=\sqrt{(\sqrt{x^2-1}+1)^2}-\sqrt{(\sqrt{x^2-1}-1)^2}$

$=|\sqrt{x^2-1}+1|+|\sqrt{x^2-1}-1|$

$\frac{\sqrt{x^2-2x+1}}{x-1}=\frac{\sqrt{(x-1)^2}}{x-1}$

$=\frac{|x-1|}{x-1}=\frac{x-1}{x-1}=1$

$|x-2|+\frac{\sqrt{x^2-4x+4}}{x-2}=2-x+\frac{\sqrt{(x-2)^2}}{x-2}$
$=2-x+\frac{|x-2|}{x-2}|=2-x+\frac{2-x}{x-2}=2-x+(-1)=1-x$

6.

$2x-1-\frac{\sqrt{x^2-10x+25}}{x-5}=2x-1-\frac{\sqrt{(x-5)^2}}{x-5}$

$=2x-1-\frac{|x-5|}{x-5}$

b) \(2\sqrt{a^2}-5a=2\left|a\right|-5a=-2a-5a=-7a\)

c) \(\sqrt{16\left(1+4x+4x^2\right)}=\sqrt{\left[4\left(1+2x\right)\right]^2}=\left|4\left(1+2x\right)\right|=4\left(1+2x\right)\)

\(=4-2\sqrt{3}+2\sqrt{3}\)

=4

Thay x=4 vào B, ta được:
