\(=\dfrac{a-2}{\left(a-2\right)\left(a+2\right)}.\dfrac{a\left(a+2\right)^2}{a-1}=\dfrac{a\left(a+2\right)}{a-1}\left(a\ne\pm2;a\ne1\right)\)
