I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Companionship is something of essence to people, therefore I have got a close friend since I was at secondary school. It is a domesticated dog. This was a birthday present from my parents on my 15th birthday. I am originally interested in furry creatures, hence the dog was a great happiness to me. He is an adorable dog with burnished fur and streamlined tail. He has thin and strong legs so he sun so fast. He is an omnivorous animal so he can eat the same food in our meals. additionally, he has strong sense of smell and hearing, together with sharp vision and understanding power thus called intelligent animal. This dog is easily controlled and taught anything through proper training. He guards home and family for the whole day without getting anything in return. He starts barking very loudly whenever any stranger approaches the house. Moreover, he usually shows affection towards the owner by wagging his tail and licking hands or face. Since he appears, he has got rid of loneliness in my life. He has been proved as a very useful and obedient animal for the mankind. I always have deep affection for this close friend.

I am a volunteer so I have done many things for the community service. Last month, I raised money and funds for the poor, and they were very hapy. I also donated books and clothes for the children. Last week, I provided houses and food for the homless, and they looked very happy, too. So far, I , and my classmates, have planted trees and beautiful flowers in the school yard. It was so great. I have collected the rubbish on the beach and in the sea then I recycle them. It helps protectthe environment. And I, together with my family, often go to the hospital to help every one there. They are so freindly and they seem very happy when they see us. Volunteering is very good and special to me 'cause I can help others. I 'll do more in the future.
All of the films I have seen Doraemon is the one I like best. Doraemon is a cartoon film. It about a robotic cat named Doraemon, who travels back in time from the 2nd to help a schoolboy, Nobita. The main character is Doraemon, Nobita, Shizuka, Suneo, and Chain. Doraemon is an intelligent cat, Nobita is a stupid boy, Suneo is a rich kid, Chain is a selfish and Shizuka is a kind and pretty girl. The film brings plenty of laughter to the viewer. I love this film. I find this film interesting because it helps me relax and feeling like I returned to childhood.

I attented Thuong Temple festival last month. It’s a seasonal festival in Lao Cai city. It is held on the 15 th of the first lunar month. Local people made offerings of incense to worship General Tran Hung Dao who defeated the Mongok 3 times. Besides, there were many activities such as: shpping, playing traditional games, singing, dancing, … Many local people and townritsfrom all over the country attented the festival. This is an occation for us to show our love to our motheland and preserve our cultural traditions.

After struggling for a while, I managed to call for my mother and she came to my bed. When she hugged me, she found out that my body felt hot and she took my temperature with a thermometer. "What!" she exclaimed. I was running a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. She took me to Dr. Lim's clinic immediately.
At the clinic, Dr. Lim examined me. He told my mother that my throat was inflamed and that could have caused the fever. He gave me some medicine and told me, "No ice-cream, no soft drinks and no games for you. You must stay in bed and get some rest."
After collecting the medicine, we went home. I recovered after two days of rest. It was a horrible experience indeed.
