My favourite Vietnamese traditional performance is Vietnam's water puppetry (so-called "Mua Roi Nuoc" in Vietnamese) is an old form of puppetry that originated from wet rice civilization in the Red River Delta in Northern Vietnam during Ly Dynasty (1010 - 1225). Over centuries of forming and developing, water puppetry has become typical form of art performance in the North.

Puppets used in water puppetry are made from a special kind of wood named “sung”. This kind of wood is featured with light weight and flexibility that makes it easy to control. Logs are sophisticatedly carved to have different blocks. Then, those blocks will be connected in a system and painted by many colors. Finally, living puppets are completed and ready for the performance. On the stage of water puppetry, there is a famous and outstanding character named “Teu”. The puppet called “Teu” usually has a plump body and lovely face. “Teu” is a little boy that plays the role of narrator and joker, as well as represents the masses. “Teu” has the love of many generations of Vietnamese people and has become a symbol of water puppetry.

The unique feature of Vietnam’s water puppetry is its stage. Differ from other kinds of puppetry in the world that perform on ground stage, Vietnam’s water puppetry is performed on water stage. Water stages are usually built on small pool, and resemble a temple with a split-bamboo screen. Puppeteers stand all behind the screen and control puppets performing a play or a dance through a long string mechanism under water surface. To do this work, puppeteers have to stand in cold water for hours.

To assist puppeteers in puppetry performance, there is an orchestra which plays traditional instruments such as vocals, drums, wooden bells, cymbals, horns, erhu (Chinese two-stringed fiddle), and bamboo flutes. Exciting background music combined with amazing stage of living puppets and colorful flags bring audience a bustling ambiance of traditional festival in the country.

Vietnam’s water puppetry is a notable form of art performance in Vietnam and has been widely introduced to international community. It now is nominated to be a UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage.

We have to do something about pollution. Even though there are warnings about global warming, companies don’t do anything to reduce pollution.

Our sky, air, rivers, beaches and countryside are becoming rubbish dumps. The air is so polluted it is giving children breathing problems.

Polluted rivers have no fish left in them and beaches are too dangerous to walk on because of the garbage everywhere. It seems a lot of people don’t care.

I think there should be big fines for polluters. I don’t mind paying more for things if they can be made with less pollution.

The problem is that companies are more interested in profits than pollution. We have only just started looking at our carbon footprint.

My name is Truong My Dung, I am 20 years old, a second – year student of Business Administration Department at ABC University. My major is Marketing, and it is very interesting to study. My hometown is Phan Thiet, and I have been living in Ho Chi Minh City for about two years. There are four people in my family, my parents, my sister, and I. Our house is near the ocean, so we have a small seafood shop which sells many different kinds of fish, mussel, crab and shrimp. I have medium height, long curly black hair, big eyes and thin lips. I watch TV as well as play computer games a lot, and I guess they are the reason why I have to wear a thick pair of glasses. What I love to do in my free time is reading books, listening to music, and watching movies. Besides my major in business, I also like English, and I have been taking some extra English classes lately. Therefore, I try to combine my study and hobbies by reading books and listening to music in English. I have some other talents such as drawing and singing. I love to draw about the landscape around my neighborhood, my pets and clothing. My friends say that I am a friendly, hardworking, but a little bit shy person. I rarely talk to new friends in my English class, and I avoid to be present in any crowd. I only feel confident around some of my best friends, and it is one of the weak point that I need to improve. My dream after I graduate is to work in a big international incorporation, so I always try my best to study and research in many necessary fields since now. I am living a interesting life, and I am very satisfied with myself.

I'm thinking of a present to buy for my friend, as she is going to stay in England for one year. There are three options which am considering: a camera, an English grammar book and a sweater. The first option is a camera. She has a passionate interest in photography. So with a camera in her hand, she'll be able to take pictures everywhere she goes in England. But the drawback is that a camera is an affordable for students like me. A good camera cause no less than 5 million VND. Cheaper as it is, an English grammar book might be the same helpful as the camera. As she will have to use this language all the time to communicate with people in England, a book on common English structures and sentences, for example, will make her more confidence. But she might have this item already in her luggage, and I don't think a grammar book is special enough to be a present. Although a sweater is slightly more closely than a book, its price is still considerable and therefore can be a good choice. England is known for his freezing, snowy winter. A sweater can help keep her warm in his harsh weather. Moreover, when she puts on the sweater, she may think of me as well as our beautiful friendship. So after waking the three options, I think a sweater will be my gift for her because it is useful it helps bring back memories and has reasonable price.

I love listening to music, so I know a lot of famous bands, but my favorite band is BlackPink. Black Pink is a girl group founded in 2016 with a relatively young age, but Blackpink has achieved many remarkable achievements. When Blackpink debuted in 2016, the two songs "Boombayah" and "Whistle" quickly gained attention thanks to their strong and vibrant melody. Blackpink's influence does not just stop at the music field, especially in Korea, the group also expands into the fashion field. The group's image emphasizes fashion and personality both on and off stage. Although the costumes can show typical uniformity, Blackpink still stands out from other girl groups when each member's outfits show off their own individual style Blackpink attracts international attention. When wearing an innovative version of a traditional Korean outfit "How You Like That. Successful in all aspects from image to music, Blackpink increasingly demonstrates the group's position and influence. not only in the domestic music market, but has spread throughout Asia and also created attraction in the European and Asian markets.

the writing is fluent, emphatic and eloquent. Good job!

I'd like to recommend that the word "achieved"  in line 2 can be replaced with "gained".
