All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health even we are rich.I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu. In my opinion, health is the better than wealth because if we were in good health, but not rich, we could do what we want, we could do hard work and serve ourselves in daily activies. Moreover, we could help others, bring happiness to them. With good health, we could interesting. Otherwise, if we were rich but not healthy, we would depend on others because we could not serveourselves in daily life, become other’sload, we are easy to be angry or bored with everything. Around the world there are many cuisine but I still like spaghetti the most. The main ingredients to make spaghetti are noodles, beef and tomatoes. Besides, we can add onion, carrot, bean or other kind of vegetable. At weekends, my mother and I usually go to the market, buy goods and cook spaghetti for my family instead of traditional dishes. It’s easy to cook this food. All we have to do are boiling noodles, chopping beef and making a good sauce of tomatoes. There is a tip for a perfect sauce is adding a slice of lemon into it. If there is a need of vegetable, It can be served with carrot and peas. Spaghetti supplies high nutrients and several vitamins, which good for your health especially for diet people. Moreover, spaghetti is famous for its delicious taste and convenience as fast food. It’s known as typical traditional food of Italy. Although spaghetti originate from Europe, it’s more widespread in Asia specifically Vietnam. Nowadays, It is popular food not only in Italy but also in other countries.
Being a volunteer is one of the best things you can do with your life. It's a great way to help other people. It's also very satisfying to know that you are not wasting your time and are helping people who need help.Many of us could and should be out there doing voluntary activities of some kind. So many volunteer organizations need extra hands. It really is easy. Just pick up the phone and offer your services.I think too many of us settle into a lazy lifestyle. We just want to come home and watch TV. Life is much more interesting when you're a volunteer.I've found it really opens your eyes to how some people live. Cooking has been my hobby for several years. My grandmother taught me how to cook my first dish when I was 8. She was a professional chef and owned her own restaurant. Some people say cooking is a waste of time but I find this hobby very interesting and meaningful. Tôi hy vọng tôi sẽ trở thành một đầu bếp giỏi và có một quyển sách nấu ăn riêng trong tương lai.
My hobby is collecting stamps. I started collecting stamps 5 years ago. I have been collecting stamps both stamps and foregin stamps from the letters of friends and relative. I classifly the stmaps into catergories. I put stamps of animals,flowers, birds,....on different pages. I keep them into two albums, one for local stamps and the other for foregin stamps. Collecting stamps helps me broaden my knowledge about the world around me and it is also a good way to be good at geography. I like collecting stamps very much.
