Everybody has said: Health is more valuable than gold. It's true. If you don't have health, your money is nothing. And how to have a healthy life? I'll tell you.
First, you should eat more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins, a which is good for your eyes and they also provide fiber, a which is good for your digestive system. In addition, you should do more exercise and stay outdoor to do more physical activities, such as jogging, playing football, yoga,... to burn more calories. Moreover, yoga will help you prevent illness and makes you more supple. You shouldn't spend time to play computer games, it's not good for your eyes.
