Vietnam is a country famous for its several holidays and festivals, especially Tet holiday. It takes place from the first day in the lunar calendar until the third day. Though occurring in a short period of time, Tet is believed to be the most significant and popular holiday in Vietnam. There are many special foods to prepare for Tet meals such as: banh chung, Vietnamese sausage, sticky rice and spring rolls. The food is thought to reflect Vietnamese people’s habit and custom as well as Vietnamese’s lifestyle. Besides, the meal has a variety of dishes such as fish, vegetable to show the hope for a lucky and prosperous new year. In terms of customs, children receiving red envelopes of money from the elderly and people visiting their relative’s houses and going to church are popular activities. Giving lucky money is believed to be able to bring children hope and health in the next year. Church and pagoda are the symbols of peace; therefore, individuals go there and pray for a lucky year. Traditionally, the house is decorated with peach flowers in the North and Ochna integerrima in the southern part of Vietnam. Moreover, the house as well as town are clear, decorative and beautiful as all of them are ready to start a new year. People have a cozy atmosphere and enjoy a happy time with their family’s members. It’s high time for people living in different parts of the country to gather and spend time together. Tet is an opportunity for everyone to come back home after much stress and pressure of studying and working. Tet is not just a holiday, it is a culture and habit of Vietnamese since its deep meaning is sacred and significant. In short, Tet includes not only happiness but also long-standing events in people’s souls.

I have received your letter and I feel so glad when knowing that you had passed your examinations with good marks. You want me to tell you about my own family. I got married eight years ago. And now I have two sons, they are very studious, my first son is five years old. His name is Khanh. My second son is 3 years old, his name is khiem. My wife is an accountant, She is 35 years old, her name is Doan. My family lives in a small house in thai nguyen city. At the weekend, my family often goes to visit our parents. Sometimes, we stay at home and clean the house. Now I am preparing for my master entrance examination.it is very hard for me but I try my best, to pass the exam.

Hello, my name is ... And the topic today I'd to tell you is about how to improve our English ability. We have lots of the ways to do that. But now, i'll tell you some easy way first.
The first way of all, and also the easiest, is must be watch English programs. We can watch news and films, too. If we watch news, there're some of difficult words we've ever seen and it's really great because you can know more information about the world, too. And if you watch films, you definitely entertain yourself and know more vocabulary. It could be useful, just try it.
Second, the other way to help your English ability "grow up" is read some English books. When we read those books, just watch TV programs, you can additional some of English words. But it has another function, it can improve our writing skills. How? When we read some stories or information in those books, we'll... maybe can composed a new story or an essay. That's how we prace our vocabulary and writing skills in the same times.
And finally, uhm... I think this will be the most difficult thing to perform. This is the best way to upgrade our speaking and listening skills. Roughly speaking is when we go to another countries, just confident and talk with foreigns. It'll help us a lot. First, it'll help us more confident. Second, it'll help us speak English better than before. Finally, it'll help us how to listen to the foreigns easier. So this way is a little bit difficult to perform, but it's really useful.
Try all of those ways up there, your English will be better!

When finding somewhere to escape from the hustle and bustle of life, my bedroom is always an ideal place. My bedroom is on the second floor. It is not exactly a large room but it is spacious enough to become my private world. It is a fully-furnished room with a single bed on the left and a wardrobe on the right corner. And there stands a wood table with a shelf that contains many interesting books and is decorated with lots of souvenirs and birthday gifts on the left corner. With two small windows on the two sides of the room, I use bright color tone for the wall to make my bedroom airier and warmer. My childhood memories is coupled with every corner of the room. In my deep thoughts, it is not only a place where greets me after strained long hours at work, brings me sweet dreams but also a friend that witnesses maturity in every step of my daily life. My bedroom- a small room but unintentionally becomes a vital piece in my whole life.

One of my favorite singers is Michael Jackson – a worldwide music legend. I remember the first time when I watched his performances with my friend, I was immediately attracted. His songs were heavily emphasized on the beats and his charisma was amazing.
Michael Jackson could sing very well with his particular and unique tone. He was able to adapt to a lot of music trends, and actually he was the one who created some. From the funky 70s disco to the R&B-ish 2000s, Michael Jackson proved he could make great songs regardless of the style and trend. All of his lyrics are so powerful and have a lot of meaning layers that pulled me out of depression during my miserable times and helped me to shape who I am today. He wasn’t only famous for his music, but also his moonwalk dance move. This signature move always made his performances so impressive and was an icon of the 20th century.
In his career, he got a lot of prizes: the first prize of male pop vocalists, of records and of R&B singers on Grammy in 1984. I like Michael Jackson with all his songs, and how he inspired many generations. He was a gift to the world.

Mình chỉ nói các lý do để học Tiếng anh, bạn xây dựng thành 1 bức thư nhé.
1. Tiếng Anh thật sự rất quan trọng để bạn có thể đi xa và học hỏi.
Tiếng Anh chính là ngôn ngữ chính thức của hơn 53 quốc gia và vùng lãnh thổ, và là ngôn ngữ chính thức của khối E.U, là ngôn ngữ thứ 3 được nhiều người sử dụng nhất chỉ sau tiếng Trung Quốc và Tây Ban Nha. Đặc biệt nếu các bạn có nhu cầu muốn đi du học, và các nước ở khối liên minh Châu Âu luôn là sự ưu tiên hàng đầu cho bạn bởi điều kiện sống và các trường học danh tiếng, thì tiếng Anh là một ngôn ngữ bạn không bao giờ có thể bỏ qua.
Ngoài ra, Tiếng Anh là một ngôn ngữ đẹp, gắn liền với nhiều nét văn hóa đặc sắc từ những quốc gia sử dụng nó. Nếu bạn cảm thấy mình thực sự yêu thích và đam mê tiếng Anh thì tôi tin chắc rằng bạn sẽ sớm thành thạo ngôn ngữ này.
2. Học tiếng Anh là để cải thiện bản thân, cải thiện cuộc sống và tương lai của chính mình.
Các nhà tuyển dụng sẽ muốn lựa chọn một ứng viên có khả năng tiếng Anh tốt, thay vì một ứng viên không thể sử dụng hoặc sử dụng rất tệ ngoại ngữ này. Khi bạn ra trường và mong muốn được làm việc ở một công ty tốt, có mức lương khá và môi trường ổn định, nhà tuyển dụng sẽ yêu cầu gì ở bạn: chắc chắn không thể bỏ qua yêu cầu: biết sử dụng tiếng Anh. Kể cả khi bạn làm cho một công ty Nhật, hay đa quốc gia nào khác, nếu bạn biết tiếng Anh, và tốt hơn là sử dụng thành thạo, bạn vẫn sẽ được ưu tiên
3. Học tiếng Anh cũng là điều kiện quan trọng để bạn có thể tiếp cận, cập nhật những nguồn tri thức từ khắp thế giới.
Có tới hơn 1 tỷ trang Web sử dụng tiếng Anh. Thật kinh ngạc khi chỉ cần học một ngôn ngữ là có thể khai thác hầu hết kho tri thức ấy. Những phần mềm thông dụng nhất trên thế giới, những mạng xã hội nổi tiếng nhất, những cổng thông tin phong phú nhất, những ví điện tử được ưa chuộng nhất, tất cả đều được viết bằng tiếng Anh.
Chỉ có báo và tạp chí tiếng Anh là có thể mua được ở khắp mọi nơi trên thế giới. Bạn không cần phải lùng sục tìm kiếm những tờ báo như Times , Newsweek hay International Herald Tribune.
Hãy xem mạng lưới truyền hình quốc tế như kênh CNN và BBC. Họ phát tin tức nhanh chóng hơn, chuyên nghiệp hơn các mạng lưới truyền hình quốc gia khác. Và bạn có thể xem các kênh này trên khắp thế giới. Ở bất cứ đâu, bạn cũng có thể dễ dàng tìm thấy một người dân nói tiếng Anh.
4. Thúc đẩy sự nghiệp.
Thể hiện “kiến thức tiếng Anh tuyệt vời” trên CV (lý lịch) của bạn. Nhận được việc làm mơ ước và kiếm được nhiều tiền hơn. Hãy có sự lựa chọn khôn ngoan, dù cho công việc của bạn không yêu cầu kĩ năng sử dụng tiếng Anh thành thạo, nhưng nếu bạn chứng tỏ mình là một nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, không khó để sếp của bạn cất nhắc bạn lên vị trí cao hơn.
Nghiên cứu khoa học máy tính. Đọc các bài báo chuyên môn kỹ thuật không mấy khó khăn. Hoặc viết những bài báo của riêng bạn! Chỉ với những cuốn sách, những tài liệu chuyên đề được viết bởi thứ tiếng thông dụng trên thế giới, bạn mới biết đến sự hữu ích của kho tri thức rộng lớn, được toàn thế giới công nhận.
5. Giúp bạn năng động trong môi trường xã hội, tự tin trong giao tiếp và luôn muốn khám phá những nền văn hóa của các nước trên thế giới.
Học Tiếng Anh hiện nay đã trở thành thứ ngôn ngữ toàn cầu. Giữa hàng chục, hàng trăm thứ ngôn ngữ khác nhau, thế giới đã lựa chọn tiếng Anh như phương tiện để mọi người có thể hiểu được nhau. Theo số liệu từ Wikipedia, 53 quốc gia sử dụng tiếng Anh làm ngôn ngữ chính thức. Các sự kiện quốc tế như Olympic, các tổ chức toàn cầu, các công ty đa quốc gia… cũng đều coi tiếng Anh là ngôn ngữ giao tiếp thông dụng. Để không trở thành một vị khách, một người bạn “không thể giao tiếp”, bạn cần phải học để sử dụng tiếng Anh. Nhất là khi Việt Nam, quốc gia của chúng ta đã gia nhập kinh tế thế giới, bạn sẽ không muốn mình phải lắc đầu lắc tay khi một người bạn nước ngoài tươi cười hỏi đường bạn chứ?
6. Cảm giác hài lòng
Cảm giác tiến bộ thật tuyệt. Bạn sẽ không bao giờ quên được giây phút phát hiện ra mình có thể nói chuyện với người Mỹ hoặc xem các kênh tivi tiếng Anh. Tới đây có lẽ bạn đã tìm được cho mình động lực để học tiếng Anh. Còn nhiều, nhiều nữa những lý do mà bạn có thể nêu ra vì sao mình cần học tiếng Anh.
Nhưng cho dù lý do của bạn là gì thì bạn cũng đang mong muốn cải thiện khả năng sử dụng một thứ ngôn ngữ và điều đó không dễ gì thực hiện được một mình trong ngày một ngày hai. Currently, I am a student in a junior high school. It takes 15 minutes to walk from my house to school. Every day I walk to school. My school is yellow. It is located in the middle of a large land. There are many trees around the school. The schoolyard is very large. We often organize collective activities here. My school has a multi-purpose training ground. We will learn gymnass here. Also, we can play sports here during recess. With different subjects we will study in separate classrooms. My favorite is the lab. We use it to study chemistry. Here are the tools to do the experiment. However, we can only use it with the consent of the teacher. The teachers at my school love their students very much. Teachers always try to have good and effective lectures. In addition to learning, teachers and us share everyday stories. My friends are very kind and friendly. We learn together and play together. I love this school. I hope I will study well to honor my school.

My secondary school is a place that bears all the hallmarks of my childhood memories. It is placed in the center of my district. Surrounded by a paddy-field, it enjoys lined- trees and colorful garden, which creates a wonderful view. Moreover, this school was designed with a large- scale plan. It is a 2 storied building of u shape with capacity of 1000 people and it was invested heavily in infrastructures with well- equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many precious chances to discover and develop their inner talents. Besides modern facilities, this school is also well- known for enthusias and qualified teachers who are always dedicated and devoted themselves to teaching career. In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.

Tóm lại, học tập ở ngôi trường này trong vòng bốn năm, ngôi trường dường như đã trở thành một phần không thể thiếu trong cuộc sống của tôi.
