=>(3x+1)(3x-1-2x+3)=0
=>(3x+1)(x+2)=0
=>x=-1/3 hoặc x=-2
b: =>(3x+1)(6x+2)-(3x+1)(x-2)=0
=>(3x+1)(6x+2-x+2)=0
=>(3x+1)(5x+4)=0
=>x=-1/3 hoặc x=-4/5
