The leader I really and admire is (…say a name of poliian or a leader you know about…) who had great contributions to make our country a better place. He was a mainstream poliian for a long and was involved in active polis from his school life. He had great contribution in our freedom fight as well as in several other activities for the betterment of our nation. He lived from 1940 till 2000 and his death was a great lose for the nation.
He was an honest and brave poliian which has become rare in present days. He never compromised with the evil power of the polis and foreign powers. He had risked his life several times and with his bravery he had bought some advantageous changes in the country. He was an idol for the nations and for his honesty and bravery he is a well-known figure in the world.
He was an active member of the (...say a polial party name…) and never longed for power or fame. He could have easily gain a powerful position in the country but he had always led a simple and yet exemplary life.
I admire him for his unmatched contribution for the country and for the nation. We need many more leaders him and I regret the fact that we have only very few leaders him in our country. He was an ideal leader who has put his personal benefits away while he thought for the benefits of the country and the nation.

Pelé - the greatest football player of all time - was born on 23th October 1940 in Três Corações, Brazil. In 1999, he was voted World Player of the Century by the International Federation of Football History & Statiss (IFFHS). That same year, Pelé was elected Athlete of the Century by the International Olympic Committee. According to the IFFHS, Pelé is the most successful league goal-scorer in the world, scoring 1281 goals in 1363 games, which included unofficial friendlies and tour games. During his playing days, Pelé was for a period the best-paid athlete in the world. Pelé is the all-time leading goalscorer for Brazil with 77 goals in 92 games. Since retiring in 1977, Pelé has been a worldwide ambassador for football and has made many acting and commercial ventures. Being a summer volunteer is one of the good things we can do in our student time. Instead of wasting our time playing games or wandering with our friends, we can join the Blue Summer campaign at schools. By doing so, we can become young volunteers to help people who are in need. I always remember last summer when our volunteer team had been to a poor countryside. That place even lacked of clean water and electricity, while in many other places people are wasting them. After a day of resting, we started to clean up the old school together, attended in the project of reconstructing a number of local bridges which funded by donors. We lived in some of the houses of the local people, and we spent time doing house chores, playing, and eating together. Although their lives are lacking of materials, their hearts are full of love and kindness. We helped them with our strength and the ebullient spirit of youth, and in return they took care of us so we could be safe and happy while we were away from home. After a month and a half, we successfully restored an old school and one bridge, and we built one more small new bridge. These things really helped children at that place had a better educational environment, and people had an easier road to go to work. Local people were very excited with those new constructions, and we promised to come back next summer to bring better things. When the volunteer trip ended, my parents were very happy when I came back home safely. I felt so proud of myself because I could prove that I was a mature person by helping other people. Summer is coming soon, and I cannot wait to be on my next volunteer trip together with my friends.

When I was little, everyone thought that I was a hyperactive child. I always ran and could not sit over 5 minutes. Bringing in myself the interest of exploring and discovering new things, that time, my biggest dream was about to become a great explorer, traveling all over the world and exploring things that people had not known. Many times in my dreams, I find myself becoming a cowboy or a shepherd, discovering new, vast and valuable land. Sometimes, on my adventure around the Earch, I have to fight with some wild animals such as tigers, leopards, lions ... but with determination and brave, I have overcome all difficulties, accomplished my destiny: discovering the secret of the vast ocean, the ancient pyramids, exploring diamond mines, fossils from hundreds of years ago. When I told everyone about this job, they were very surprised, especially mom. Mom was very supportive of this dream, it made me feel very happy. I believe that in the future I will have interesting journey.

Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. At Tet, spring fairs are organized, streets and public buildings are brightly decorated and almost all shops are crowded with people shopping for Tet. At home, every is tidied, special food is cooked, offerings of food, fresh water, flowers and betel are made on the family altar with burning joss- sticks scenting the air. First-footing is made when the lucky visitor comes and children are given lucky money wrapped in a red tiny envelope. Tet is also a time for peace and love. During Tet, children often behave well and friends, relatives and neighbors give each other best wishes for the new year.

Tet is the most important celebration in VN.It occurs in late January or early February.Some days before Tet ,people often decorate their houses with flowers and pictures.They go shopping to buy cakes ,new clothes and many other things.On the first day of Tet,people often go to the pagoda or church to pray a happy new year,then they visit their relatives ,neighbors and friends.Children wear new clothes and receive a lot of lucky money.Tet is very funny.I love Tet so much

The character that I love is Ariel in The little mermaid. She is a cute and friendly mermaid. She loved the prince and she tried to have legs like human to be with the prince. At the end, she married with the prince the she loved and they lived happily ever after. I think she was brave when she persue her love and she also make the mermaids be closer with human, dimiss the think that human are dangerous from her kingdom.

Today I’d like to talk to you about Harry Potter which is one of my favourite films. It was a fiction film telling a story about people in the wizarding world. The central character was Harry Potter, who used to be an orphan in the normal world before discovering that he was a wizard. Afterwards, he went to a special school called Howard where he taught him necessary skills to succeed in the wizarding world. He also had to deal with challenges in terms of study, friendship, love and even the fight against dark power. Harry Potter was recommended as a masterpiece that made me feel curious about it. Moreover, I had read the original novel before, and I really can’t put it down. So I guess the film would be as attractive as the book. I think the most important reason why I enjoyed this film was that it made me feel adventurous. It was really a fantastic film.

Vì vậy, tôi đoán bộ phim sẽ hấp dẫn như cuốn sách. Tôi nghĩ lý do quan trọng nhất khiến tôi thích bộ phim này là nó khiến tôi cảm thấy phiêu lưu. Đó thực sự là một bộ phim tuyệt vời.

My hobbies are listening to music, watching films and travelling. I love many kinds of music; especially, when I fill myself with the sorrow, I love the songs which can share my sadness. I also watching some US sitcoms such as: How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina is the thing I enjoy in my leisure time. Besides, I extremely love travelling, exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.

Book is one part of my beautiful life and reading books is my favourite hobby. I like detective story best, especially Detective Conan and Detective Sherlock Holmes. My favourite talk is "When you have eliminated the impossible whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth" This talk means "Sau khi đã loại bỏ những điều không thể thì khả năng còn lại, dù vô lý đến đâu, cũng chính là sự thật." Books are like my friends who can teach me many things over the world. A good book is the way to live another life. You are never alone when you read a great book! Any one who says they have only one life to live, must not how to read a book. All in all, I like reading books alot. You can share hobby with me!

Math (toán)
Among many subjects student learns in school, I like math the most. This is one of the compulsory subjects from primary to high school ad even university. Math teaches learner about numbers and operation. Being good at math brings us several advantages. Doing math exercise improves one’s brain and its brainstorm. Moreover, people learning math can think more logically and make up one mind. There are many subjects we can apply mathematics to solve the problem: economics, engineering and even business. Math is said to originate from ancient Greece and develop completely as today. In VN it’s an increasing number of mathematical genius such as Ngo Bao Chau. Therefore, Vietnamese are very proud of it. In my opinion, every student should be good at math or at least learn it. Since human gain lots of achievement related to math, specifically in modern society.

Theo tôi, mỗi học sinh nên học giỏi toán hoặc ít nhất là biết đến toán bởi vì con người đạt được rất nhiều thành tựu rực rỡ từ toán, cụ thể là trong xã hội hiện đại.

When going to school, there are many subjects; however I still like literature the most. First, literature plays an important role in both education and daily life. Literature is not limit to a subject to be learnt at school. Furthermore, this subject teaches human about several aspects of life. From the very first step, student learns to write, read as well as describe things and people. Moreover, literature teaches one to be a responsible citizen and likeable personality. Literature is more than a subject, it’s an art and it can be applied directly into life such as: journalism, writing skill. People are not born to learn this unique subject, it needs long time to exercise to master. Besides, when learning literature people not only know more works of art but also understand culture, tradition of each country. Literature is the mirror reflecting human and their lifestyle. Studying literature means learning the way to love and live a true life. All in all, with great benefits of literature, it is necessary for each society especially developing countries.

Có rất nhiều môn học ở trường những tôi thích nhất là môn văn. Đầu tiên, văn đóng vai trò quan trọng trong học tập và đời sống. Văn học không chỉ giới hạn trong một môn học ở nhà trường mà rộng hơn nó dạy con người về mọi mặt của cuộc sống. Từ những bước đầu tiên, học sinh học viết, đọc và mô tả đồ vật. Học văn có nghĩa là học cách yêu thương và sống cuộc sống đúng nghĩa. Nói tóm lại, với nhiều lợi ích của việc học văn, nó thực sự cần thiết cho mỗi xã hội đặc biệt là các quốc gia đang phát triển.
