Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends, a wonderful morning to all of you. Today on this special occasion, I would like to speak some words on the topic- Bullying.

Bullying is a rising problems in educational institutions everywhere. It refers to the assertion of dominance over an individual by displaying aggressive behaviour towards them. It can either involve physical or verbal abuse, or both. And this increasingly digital age, cyber bullying is the greatest evil of them all.

Bullying leads to irreversible harm, causing feelings of depression, anxiety, alienation and even suicidal impulses in the victim. The trauma of bullying can affect someone’s entire life, so we must take strict steps to prevent it! Raising awareness about bullying is the first step towards combatting it. In addition, all bullies must be severely punished.

To conclude, we must all do our best to prevent bullying! Thank you for listening to me so attentively.

Cultural heritage is imperative. Culture is what defines us and what separates us from animals. To preserve the artifacts of our history for those that will come after us is a difficult task. There are many possible ways of doing so; in this essay, I am going to discuss two of them.
One way is to increase the budget of museums. This would allow them to become better equipped with tools that could be used to preserve their exhibits. It would also allow them to enrich their exhibition. However, museums may well become just another form of entertainment for young people, not teaching them why it is important to care about our history.
Another idea is to educate the young on the matter. This could make them do the job when we have long been gone. This may not give immediate results, but it would certainly be effective when looking at the problem in the big picture. We cannot forget that organizing an effective program can prove to be difficult to be implemented.
I trust the second option represents the approach that should be chosen. After all, history is about long-term solutions, and what future generations will do is just as important as our actions. Turning museums into pure entertainment, which is what might happen if the method mentioned in the second paragraph is applied, will render them devoid of the function we expect them to have.

Hanoi – the capital of Vietnam, is not only a place with a developed economy but also an ideal tourist destination. For a long time, Hanoi is famous for 36 ancient streets. Each street is famous for a different typical craft village. Coming to Hanoi capital, we cannot ignore attractive tourist destinations such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Quoc Tu Giam Temple, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, or Bat Trang Pottery Village, … I was attracted to the unforgettable specialties of Hanoi such as Trang Tien ice cream, Vong village nuggets, Ho Tay shrimp cakes, … Hanoi people are very friendly and open. They are always happy to show the visitors the way. Not only that, the people of Hanoi are also very industrious and hard-working. To me, Hanoi is a beautiful, poetic, and well worth living city. But now, Hanoi's ecosystem is seriously affected by human impacts. Therefore, we need to take some of the following measures to protect and restore the ecosystem:

Try to reduce the amount of non-biodegradable or recycle waste.

oin as many tree planting trips and plant trees as more as you can. Trees absorb carbon dioxide – a greenhouse gas.

Use compact fluorescent light bulbs: they may be more expensive, but they can be used longer, the more money you can save, the more money paid on the electric bill is reduced.

Turn off your devices, and save energy to protect the environment: Switching off all electric things when they are not in use.

Use recycled paper to save trees.

Here are some ways to protect the ecosystem in Hanoi. Above all, we all need to be conscious of protecting the local ecosystem.

There are some needed virtues that should be gained to be an independent person. Firstly, it is finding information skill that helps you think independently and make your own decisions. It promotes problem solving approaches and make you become a self-reliant person. Coping with loneliness is the second important virtue. Lacking this skill may make you feel depressed, and you are likely to make wrong decisions about your life. Last but not least, teens should learn how to set a goal and persistently pursue it. A teen who knows how to track his progress is possible to stay motivated. In short, equipping with above skills is a big step in preparing girls or boys for independence and leading a successful life in the future.

four great reasons for high school students to volunteer

Volunteer work presents a great opportunity for teenagers to prepare for the future, as well as to improve their communities. In addition to boosting socializing skills and awareness of local organizations and social issues, high school students who volunteer often may have an advantage over their peers when headed off to college.

1. Gaining New Skills

With each new volunteer activity, students gain new skills. The skills seem to be basic or trivial at the time of training, but may provide fundamental grounds for future success. For example, For example, by managing the receipt, sorting and distributing the donations from community, school students might learn how to use spreadsheets to keep track of inventory. These skills are a great foundation for a job in management, accounting, or running a small business.

2. Giving Time

One of the most charitable acts anyone can do is donate their time and talents. Students who are busy with after-school sports or work to help support their families and still make time to volunteer on evenings or weekends show their outstanding character and resolve to make a difference. High school students may help to mentor younger ones or to assist with one-time special events held on weekends.

3. Showing Responsibility

Just like going to a job, committing to a volunteer position shows a student's responsibility. High school students should get involved in volunteer programs relating to their hobbies in order to naturally build responsibility. For example, those who love to read can find volunteer opportunities with a local library and those who enjoy sports can coach athletics at an after-school program for children.

4. Adding to the Resume

If a high school student's pre-college resume is limited to summer employment at a local restaurant or a cafe. it might be time to add a few lines. USAID IN Vietnam

Assisting persons with disabilities has long been one of the top priorities for the U.S. Government in Vietnam. Since 1989, with the establishment of the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Leahy War Victims Fund (LWVF), USAID is working to increase the availability of and access to a wide variety of programs benefiting people with disabilities in conflict-affected countries.

In Vietnam, U. S. assistance has helped address medical needs and support the inclusion of Vietnamese with disabilities into all aspects of society. The U.S. Government has contributed more than $80 million in assistance to persons with disabilities, has improved the lives of more than 30,000 persons with disabilities, and has strengthened the Government of Vietnam’s capacity to provide high quality services to those in need. USAID has provided rehabilitation services for tens of thousands of persons with disabilities, education and vocational training including information technology, job placement, supporting parent associations to expand the advocacy for disability issues, and support for the development of legal codes to improve physical accessibility for persons with disabilities in public buildings.

USAID'S work supporting persons with disabilities is also viewed by many as contributing to successful US-Vietnam cooperation to overcome the painful past shared by the two countries. Program activities work in three areas: policy advocacy and coordination, direct assistance including occupational and physical therapy and providing assistive devices, and health systems strengthening, to provide quality disabilities-related care and treatment. Persons with disabilities have been more readily integrated into society by improving their access to health, education and social services. USAID programs support local governments in implementing the national disability law and the U.N. Convention on the rights of Persons with disabilities, and influencing public policies that affect the lives of persons with disabilities.

I would choose banning the hunting of wild animals as a way to protect local biodiversity.

Why is it important?

Hunting wild animals can lead to the depletion of certain animal populations, which can disrupt the natural balance of an ecosystem. This can have a cascading effect on other species that depend on the hunted animal for food or other resources. In addition, illegal hunting and poaching can be a major threat to endangered species.

How will it help protect local biodiversity?

Banning the hunting of wild animals will help protect local biodiversity by allowing animal populations to recover and thrive. This can help maintain a healthy balance within the ecosystem, which can benefit other species that depend on the hunted animal for food or other resources. It can also help protect endangered species from being hunted or poached.

What can you do to help?

We can help protect local biodiversity by supporting laws and regulations that ban the hunting of wild animals. We can also spread awareness about the importance of protecting local biodiversity and the negative effects of hunting on ecosystems. Additionally, we can choose to not engage in hunting or consuming products made from wild animals.
