Traffic safety and traffic that the world now needs to pay attention. it is not only the most important factors crucial to the development and survival of a nation, a territory but a junction of trade between regions of countries, cultures on world together. In advanced countries, the situation and development of their traffic is quite developed with a dense transport network and is regulated, but in Vietnam, … Urban transport situation in Vietnam is extremely chaotic. On average there are thousands of cases every year in traffic accidents, causing serious loss of life and property. Despite being upgraded and renovated several times but the transport system of Vietnam has not improved as much. Traffic jams occur repeatedly in large cities damaging hundreds of billion per year, not only that the injuries related to traffic accidents is also increasing, especially head injuries , spine. It is believed that the number of the people who have died in traffic accidents is much higher than that of the people who have died of cancer or any other disease. In Ho Chi Minh City, the problem of traffic accidents is really serious. The following measures should be taken to reduce the seriousness/to minimize the consequences of this problem.

Firstly, the system of the main streets in Ho Chi Minh City must be improved or upgraded. It is awful to move along the streets of Ho chi Minh City because most of them are in bad condition and some are full of holes, either big or small. In addition, during the rainy season many streets are flooded with water after a heavy rain. If we are not careful enough, we easily hit other people or fall off our bike or motorbike.

Secondly, law-breaking and drunken riders/drivers should be punished strictly. These law-breaking and drunken riders/drivers are the “devils” of the streets: they operate their motor vehicles at a high speed and sway from one side/curb of the street to the other whenever they feel excited. There is no doubt that one of the main reasons of serious traffic accidents is the riders’ or drivers’ carelessness and lack of self-control.

Last but not least, calling for every citizen’s obeying traffic laws is crucial. The cit dwellers’ awareness of the necessity to obey traffic law is quite low; consequently, they travel along the streets without paying close attention to traffic lights and other signals. Quite often, motor-cyclists occupy the lanes for cars and other four-wheel motor vehicles while taxi drivers speed up, forcing the riders/drivers of other vehicles to give way to them. It takes a lot of time and energy to draw the attention of anyone who does travel along the streets in Ho Chi Minh City to the well-established traffic laws here in particular and to make each of the city dwellers a law-abiding citizen in general. But it is worth it!

In conclusion, we are all overwhelmed by the increasing number of the traffic accidents in Ho Chi Minh City nowadays. It is time to upgrade the whole system of the main streets in this city and apply strong efficient measures both to punish those who break traffic laws and to call for every citizen’s consciousness of obeying these laws strictly whenever he/she travels along the street in this city. The sooner these suggestions will be taken into account, the less serious the traffic accidents happening in Ho Chi Minh City will be.”

The traffic can be a nightmare for visitors to Viet Nam for the first time. Believe it or not, there are transport rules but people don't seem really interested in following them. Three or four people on one motor bike is a common sight, particularly with the young.
The traffic is worst during the rush hour when everyone is attempting to get to work or get home quickly. Some people ride their motorbikes on the pavement rather than waiting in the traffic jam. The people walking are just as likely to get hit on the pavement as they are crossing the roads at such times. It's crazy. Road users become very impatient, constantly using their horns when there's obviously nowhere to go, even shouting at others to get out of the way. You have to be quite aggressive or you get nowhere.
the most annoying thing about the traffic is the way people use their horns. It's a habit which serves no purpose most of the time. A disturbing trend is the fashion for installing air horns on motorbikes. This is really annoying for other people and sometimes it causes accidents.
And imagine how many people are waiting in the traffic jam, it means how many hours of working and how much gasoline we are wasting. The losses we are suffering may be more than that, the losses of health as breathing the polluted air must be taken into account. Driving motorbike in big cities brings to us zero pleasure and much stress. Bad traffic kills more than one. Of course, there’re the accidents we see and fear, but there’s also a more silent killer: traffic jam that hold up ambulances, patients caught in gridlock often don’t receive the attention they need in time and often die because of it.

I have lived in Ha Noi for many years. Ha Noi is a big and busy city. There are lots of vehicles on the road all day. There are lots of cars, buses, taxis and trucks on high ways. Vietnamese people like moving by motorbike. Almost every family has a motorbike. The traffic jam is often at about 7 a.m and 5 p.m because it’s the time when people go to work or school and come back home. There are sometimes accidents on the road. Therefore, to reduce these problems, we need to obey traffic rules to reduce accidents as much as possible.

Islam in 2016, a taxi trips, I met an experienced physician resources. In particular, he cherished for years to solve the problem of design traffic jams Hanoi. Long distance, so I hear the details. Having given away in return.

Uncle referee thoughts: I tried to propose this strategy without knowing met anyone who can help take it to the hands of the person responsible for the city.

Grab your phone number, name and address of the driver.

Go to Hanoi, called for a sidekick who is now the official newspaper of the city. Presented as a people have remarkable strategies, the report should be sent reporters down to work with that person.

It's a rewarding job of an official newspaper of the city, so her nails and security, and transfer information.

However, after that, everything fell into "bat endlessly". The newspaper did not like unheard.

Each person a job, so I think, especially in "the driver make suggestions for" this, I just do intermediate bridge was ok then. It should just stop at that level.

The driver several times to call to say that the newspaper did not get involved.

Inside the press may be something to their reason.

Now, the driver can make booklets of doctors (ie strategy written on paper) to the city authorities. And of course, the driver has not been thinking of the 200,000 target. And want to make suggestions, they must follow the specific instructions of the contest.

In the modern life, there is an increase in the people leave the countryside and migrate to the city. The objective reason is that in the city, it brings them comfortable life and favorite job. Subjective causes are due to the following disadvantages rural areas bring about push residents away. To begin with, there is no denial that rural infrastructure is not modern and advanced. Roads are quite narrow and degraded. Schools, hospitals are not cared much and remodeled. Especially the quality teachers and doctors here are just little so the inhabitants have less opportunity to develop in all way than in the urban area. Last but not least, the biggest disadvantage in rural areas is that job opportunities are so race. The main job is craft, farming, which bring a relatively small income. With that salary, we can only live through the day, not afford for services, shopping, entertainment… In conclusion, besides the positive aspects, life in the countryside is very much. disadvantage. We all need to consider carefully before choosing where to live.

I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities. There are so many vehicles on the street and alleys, from buses, cars to motorbikes, bicycles. Morever, the streets are very narrow and bad. There are easily flooded when it rains so heavily. The streets and alleys become bumpy after rain. Many traffic users don't obey the traffic rules. They usually drive and ride very dangerously. As a results, there are traffic accidents everyday in big cities.
